Terms of Service

By accessing or using Plant Strong ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

Plant Strong is a whole-food, plant-based meal planning application that provides recipes, weekly meal planning tools, shopping list generation, AI -powered recipe generation, label reading, meal analysis, and coaching features. All recipes are free from animal products, oils, added oils, ultra-processed grains, and refined added sugars. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

Plant Strong offers paid subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to the payment method you provide through our payment processor, Stripe.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change upon reasonable notice. Any price changes will apply to your next billing cycle following notice.

We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. To start a trial, you must complete the Stripe checkout process and provide a valid payment method. No charge is applied during the trial period.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the standard subscription rate, and your subscription will automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged.

Free trials are limited to one per user. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offerings at any time.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may create, save, and organize recipes, meal plans, and shopping lists within the application. You retain ownership of any content you generate. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content as needed to provide the service to you.

You are solely responsible for any content you create and must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the service or its underlying systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the service.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute recipes or content for commercial purposes.

The Plant Strong application, including its recipes, design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Plant Strong and protected by intellectual property laws. The recipes and educational content provided are inspired by the work of Rip Esselstyn and the Plant Strong movement.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The information and recipes provided by Plant Strong are for general informational and educational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking medication.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plant Strong and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plant Strong and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations already incurred.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the United States.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
